The proposals seek to complete a pair of semi-detached dwellings at the end of a suburban streetscene (the former dwelling on the proposal site having been demolished several decades ago.)

The front elevation of the proposed building takes reference of the neighbouring dwellings along the street frontage: mirroring the massing, scale and typology of the architecture. A contextual palette of materials is also selected.

The layout extends further out to the rear at ground floor level, ensuring generous open plan living spaces are created for future residents.
