Pool House

Millow, Bedfordshire

Replacement of existing pool house with new building, refurbishment of other existing ancillary barns at Grade-II* listed farm.

The project began with an initial feasibility appraisal of the existing farm. Strategic design studies for potential improvements and alterations to the farmhouse and its ancillary buildings were then proposed from this study.

The project then developed with a design for new pool house adjacent to existing pool, a re-planned landscaped garden, re-imagined uses for ancillary barns and structures and remedial works to the main house.

The project is now being budgeted in more detail by the client.
